that's great, Pandemonium was one of our
favourite games and I always planned to
test BigRRed on it....
I don't expect there is much difference
between the two glide versions, but of course
we need the documentation for the few
calls not included in glide2x...
Unfortunately my Pandemonium CD got lost,
somewhere, so currently I will only be able
to test the demo (should not make much
difference)...
On the other hand, I wonder how many people
have a copy of Pandemonium. Even Croc is not as
widespread as I did expect...
The question for me is: a) should we try to cover
a very popular game? and b) (of course related
to a) should we try to distribute BigRRed then?
Developing programs which are never used
does not make much sense, does it?
This is already the case with Croc: I think there
are at least some people who would be very glad
to get the driver...
What should we do with 3dfx's threat?
I've read the 3dfx license agreement in the documentation
yesterday, and it really sounds VERY strict.
The more we advance the work on BigRedCroc/BigRRed,
the more likely it is that 3dfx will find our
work offending....
So, what should we do?????
